Introduction
SOUL COVENANT supports and encourages live commentary and derivative works on network services such as video sites and social networks.
To ensure that those interested in SOUL COVENANT can confidently create live commentary and fan-made content, we have established these guidelines. Please, take a moment to read them.
Distribution on Network Services
- Rules for Distribution
- Include the following copyright notice somewhere in the video description or page: "© Thirdverse, Co., Ltd."
- Only use content permitted for distribution as outlined in "Currently permitted for distribution."
- Do not use content solely for reuploading promotional videos.
- Do not repost others' content or videos owned by other companies.
- Do not sell the videos and posts you create.
- For streaming or posting videos of events hosted by us or other companies where we or our affiliates participate, please contact the event organizer for permission.
- Do not post content that violates the law.
- Do not infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
- Do not livestream gameplay of games created using our intellectual property rights without authorization.
- Do not post videos captured using cheats, cracking, unauthorized access, or similar methods.
- Monetization
- Using revenue-generating features provided by video-sharing sites or similar platforms for creators is permitted.
- If you receive inquiries from video-sharing platforms regarding monetized gameplay videos or livestreams, please refer them to these guidelines.
- Streaming gameplay and earning compensation from corporations does not constitute "commercial or profit-making purposes" when done following these guidelines.
- For Corporate Streamers
- Even for corporations, there is no need to confirm or inquire with us as long as you follow the guidelines for distribution on network services.

Derivative Works Using Copyrighted Material
- Rules for Derivative Works
- Express your creativity as a creator.
- Do not reuse images, including intellectual property released by us, without alteration.
- Do not engage in activities aimed at advertising or promoting unrelated products/services.
- Do not engage in activities intended to damage the value or image of SOUL COVENANT.
- Do not recreate or redistribute content closely resembling SOUL COVENANT.
Posting Reviews, Analysis, and Game Reviews
- For Personal Posts
- You are free to post your thoughts, reviews, introductions, etc., about SOUL COVENANT on personal blogs or text-based platforms.
- You may use revenue-generating or affiliate systems within the rules of each platform.
- You may use in-game captures, but if there are spoilers, please be considerate and include a warning like “Contains spoilers” at the beginning or in the summary of the content.
